SleepWizard works with any device that syncs sleep data to Apple Health — Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, Whoop, and more. If your device writes sleep data to Apple Health, SleepWizard can use it.

Which plan is right for me?

Tracking — You want sleep insights without AI coaching. Great for users who prefer rule-based tips and don't need personalized AI advice. BYOK — You want AI coaching and already have (or are comfortable getting) a Claude or OpenAI API key. Best value for power users. Premium — You want the full experience with zero setup. What's the difference between BYOK and Premium?

Both BYOK and Premium include full AI coaching with Somni. The difference is how the AI is powered: Premium ($49.99/yr) — We handle everything. AI coaching just works, no setup required. BYOK ($29.99/yr) — You provide your own Claude or OpenAI API key. You pay only for what you use through your API provider (typically ~$1/month). How does the free trial work?

The 14-day free trial is available on BYOK and Premium plans. During the trial, you get full access to all features including AI coaching. Your subscription begins automatically after 14 days unless you cancel. The Tracking plan does not include a free trial.

What's sleep debt?

Sleep debt is the cumulative difference between how much sleep you need and how much you actually get. SleepWizard tracks this over 14 nights and helps you pay it back gradually.

How does the AI coach work?

Somni uses your sleep data, logged factors, and conversation history to provide personalized insights. On Premium, AI coaching is built in — no setup needed. On BYOK, you bring your own API key from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT). AI coaching is not available on the Tracking plan.

Is my data private?

Yes. Sleep data stays on your device. On the BYOK plan, AI conversations go directly to your chosen provider using your own API key — we never see them. On Premium, conversations are processed securely through our service.

How accurate is sleep tracking?

Consumer wearables like Apple Watch, Oura, and Garmin provide good estimates of sleep stages and duration. They're not medical-grade, but reliable enough for building better habits and tracking trends.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel through App Store settings at least 24 hours before your renewal date. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
